Another year has come to a close and with it the opportunity
to look back and reflect on where God has been active in the life of our churches.
We ask each CGGC church to complete the Ministry Review and return it to our office by April 15th, 2026.We are making a push toward our online version of the form for faster and easier completion. With that in mind, we have region and eldership specific forms. Please click below for your region's form.
We are working to finalize a Spanish version of the 2025 Ministry Review. Once uploaded, this message will be altered.
