With a little innovative thinking, (due to COVID-19), the folks at College First turned their typical week-long, “Family Faith Expedition,” VBS program into a month-long program based out of the homes of their families. The program seeks to equip parents/guardians for discipleship at home, as well as teach children about God’s love.
With the use of an app called Small Circle, Exponential Church in Harrisburg, PA has experienced a powerful increase in reciprocating discipleship.
Members of the Buchanan COG prepare large pots of various kinds of soup monthly. They package it in quart containers and take these containers to various persons in the community. Through this successful soup ministry, they are making connections, ministering to others, and reaching the lost with the love of Christ.
Every year on the Friday before Valentine’s Day, Friendship Community Church of God in Dover, PA joins with churches around the world and hosts an unforgettable prom night for individuals with special needs known as “Night to Shine.”
