CHURCH PLANTING - What's the Process?

The first step is Assessment. This process includes:

  • Full Psychological and Behavioral Profiles
  • Work styles, preferences, Personality Profiles
  • Spiritual Gifts, Talents and Passion Profiles

WHY ASSESSMENT?

The next phase is Training

Coaching

Each planter must have a personal Planting Coach.  The coach is with you from Boot Camp until six months after launch.  If you desire, a transition coach will then be appointed.

Boot Camp

Each planter is required to attend the CMTC Church Planter's Boot Camp.  Boot Camps are held at different locations across the country.  The Boot Camp gives you the information you need from conception to launch.

Seminars

Throughout the year seminars are offered on various aspects of planting and church growth.  Planters are encouraged to attend seminars that will help them in the planting project.  Need for seminars will be determined by the coach and the planter based on the findings of assessment.

JIT Training

Sometimes things just happen.  When something happens that may require additional training, we attempt to find Just In Time Training for those circumstances.  JIT training may also be used for theological or credentialing needs.
