THE POES
Michael was studying for a career in elementary education when an A.C.T.S. team trip to Haiti in 1996 redirected his future. A member of the First Church of God, Shippensburg, PA, Mike is a 2001 Master of Divinity graduate of Winebrenner Theological Seminary in Findlay, OH. Following cross-cultural training, he joined our CGGC missionary team in Brazil in October 2001 to assist in leadership development.
Natinha is a 2001 graduate of Fundação University of Tocantins with a degree in business administration and worked as a wildlife administrator.
Mike and Natinha met in Palmas during a church construction project. They were married in 2003. They served in the São Paulo region until March 2004 when they moved back to the state of Tocantins where they assist with church planting and leadership training in the Palmas area.
